Final Sale Policy
Due to an overwhelming amount of orders coming through during our clearance sale, no edits can be made to any online orders placed after 9/17/24. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Rates
Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to ship.
Domestic orders ship UPS Ground. Domestic orders ship for a $12 flat rate.
International orders ship DHL International at a $45 flat rate. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees associated with international orders.
Canadian orders ship USPS at a $30 flat rate.
All Domestic orders over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.
Ilana Kohn LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and highly recommend adding Route insurance to your order before checkout. If you do not purchase the added insurance, we cannot help with lost or stolen packages and only guide you towards initiating a claim with UPS.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. Rates vary depending on location and timeline.
Local pickup is available at our 57 Orchard street location in NYC. Please choose the local pickup option at checkout or contact us to arrange pickup.
Returns
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE or with a promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for returns/exchanges or site credit.
All domestic returns and exchanges must be requested through our RETURN PORTAL: ilanakohn.happyreturns.com.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label. A $10 processing fee with be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery, or they will not be accepted. All garments must be unwashed/unworn.
Ilana Kohn LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders and returns. If you do not purchase the added insurance, Route, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and highly recommend using this service.
Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund within one week of receipt. Shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. Exchanges are final sale.
All International and Canadian orders are final sale, no returns.
